Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026

This policy explains how our Facebook application ("the App") handles information. The App is an internal publishing and analytics tool used only to manage Facebook Pages that we own or administer. It is not offered to the public.

Information we access

When a Page administrator authorizes the App through Facebook Login, the App may access, through the Meta Graph API and only within the permissions granted:

The App does not access personal profiles beyond the basic public profile of the authorizing administrator, and does not collect information from people who merely view or interact with our Pages, other than the public comment text itself.

How we use it

We do not sell, rent or share this information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Storage and retention

Metrics and comment text are stored only as long as needed to operate and evaluate our Pages, and are deleted when no longer needed. Access tokens are kept in restricted storage and are discarded when access is revoked.

Data deletion

You can remove the App's access and request deletion of any data it holds at any time:

  1. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
  2. Find the App and click Remove. This immediately revokes its access.

Once access is removed, all data the App obtained through your authorization is deleted from our systems within 30 days. You may also request deletion by contacting us through the contact email listed on the App's Facebook page.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
